Bu politika, Hamza Baş tarafından sunulan KANG: Dokuz Sancak oyununda hangi bilgilerin neden işlendiğini ve seçeneklerini açıklar.

İşlediğimiz bilgiler

• Oyuncu kimliği, görünen ad, hesap bağlantıları ve oturum bilgileri; hesap bağlamayı seçtiğinde e-posta adresi ve sağlayıcı hesap kimliği.
• Oyun ilerlemesi, envanter, skor, görevler, tercihler ve çevrimiçi maç verileri.
• Sosyal özelliklerde gönderdiğin metinler ve destek için kendi isteğinle paylaştığın bilgiler.
• Cihaz ve reklam kimlikleri, cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, IP adresinden çıkarılabilen yaklaşık bölge, hata ve performans verileri.
• Reklam izinleri ve etkileşimleri, oyun içi satın alma kayıtları ve mağaza doğrulamaları. Kart bilgilerini Apple veya Google işler; oyun ödeme kartı bilgilerini almaz.
• Bildirim özelliğini etkinleştirirsen bildirim cihaz belirteci ve ilgili izin tercihi.

Hesap ve kimlik doğrulama

Oyuna misafir olarak başlayabilirsin. E-posta/parola, Google ve Apple ile kimlik doğrulama Firebase Authentication üzerinden yürütülür; oyun hizmetlerine erişim Unity Authentication ile ilişkilendirilir. Google veya Apple hesabının parolası oyun tarafından görülmez ya da saklanmaz.

Bilgileri neden kullanıyoruz?

Hesap ve bulut ilerlemesini korumak, çevrimiçi özellikleri çalıştırmak, satın alımları ve reklam ödüllerini doğrulamak, hile ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, destek sağlamak ve uygulama kararlılığını geliştirmek için. Analitik tercihleri reklam tercihlerinden ayrı yönetilir.

Hizmet sağlayıcıları

Oyun; Firebase Authentication ve Google Cloud, Unity Gaming Services, Apple App Store / Sign in with Apple, Google Play / Google Sign-In, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads ve Google AdMob hizmetlerinden yararlanır. Reklam izinleri Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) ile yönetilir. Kullanılan özelliğe göre bu sağlayıcılar yukarıdaki verileri işleyebilir. Veriler Türkiye veya Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışındaki sistemlerde, sağlayıcıların gizlilik politikaları ve güvenlik önlemleri kapsamında işlenebilir.

Reklamlar ve izinlerin

Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. Uygulanabildiği yerlerde reklam tercihlerine izin ekranından ve oyun içindeki gizlilik seçeneklerinden ulaşabilirsin. iOS’ta uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında izleme ve reklam kimliğine erişim Apple’ın izleme iznine tabidir. Bu izni vermek, oyuna başlamak veya hesap oluşturmak için şart değildir. Bildirim ve izleme izinlerini cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsin.

Saklama ve güvenlik

Bilgiler hizmeti sunmak, güvenliği sağlamak, yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek ve anlaşmazlıkları çözmek için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Hesap silme talepleri hesap sahipliği doğrulanarak işlenir. Yasal veya güvenlik yükümlülükleri nedeniyle tutulması gereken kayıtlar, ilgili gerekliliğin süresiyle sınırlı tutulabilir. Hiçbir çevrimiçi sistem mutlak güvenlik garanti edemez.

Hakların ve çocukların gizliliği

Geçerli mevzuata göre erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi sınırlama, itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği hakların olabilir. Taleplerini infohabyo@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsin. Oyun çocukları özellikle hedeflemez; kullanımda geçerli yaş ve veli izni kurallarına uyulmalıdır. Bir çocuğa ait veriler konusunda endişen varsa bizimle iletişime geç.

Hesap ve davranış

Hesabını ve giriş bilgilerini korumaktan sorumlusun. Hile, hizmeti bozma, taciz, yasa dışı içerik, yetkisiz satış veya hesap devri yasaktır. Güvenlik ve adil oyun için gerekli olduğunda hesap erişimi sınırlandırılabilir. Sorunları destek adresine bildirebilirsin.

Sanal öğeler ve satın alımlar

Sanal para ve öğeler gerçek para değildir; oyun içinde sınırlı kullanım hakkı sağlar. Satın alma işlemleri, fiyatlar ve iadeler Apple App Store veya Google Play’in kurallarına tabidir. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır; gösterim bağlantı ve reklam uygunluğuna bağlıdır.

Hizmet ve içerik değişiklikleri

Oyun dengesi, içerik ve çevrimiçi özellikler kalite, güvenlik veya işletme gereksinimleri nedeniyle güncellenebilir. Bakım, bağlantı veya üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintileri olabilir. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur; zorunlu tüketici hakların saklıdır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hamza Baş processes information in KANG: Dokuz Sancak and the choices available to you.

Information we process

• Player ID, display name, linked identities and session information; email address and provider identifiers when you choose to link an account.
• Game progress, inventory, scores, missions, preferences and online match data.
• Text submitted through social features and information you voluntarily send to support.
• Device and advertising identifiers, device type, operating system, app version, approximate region inferred from IP address, crash and performance data.
• Advertising consent and interactions, purchase records and store-provided validation. Apple or Google handles payment card details; the game does not receive them.
• A notification device token and permission choice when you enable notifications.

Accounts and authentication

You can start as a guest. Email/password, Google and Apple sign-in are handled through Firebase Authentication and linked to Unity Authentication for game services. The game does not receive or store your Google or Apple account password.

Why we use information

To secure accounts and cloud progress, operate online features, validate purchases and ad rewards, prevent cheating and abuse, provide support and improve stability. Analytics choices are managed separately from advertising choices.

Service providers

The game uses Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud, Unity Gaming Services, Apple App Store / Sign in with Apple, Google Play / Google Sign-In, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads and Google AdMob. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages advertising consent. Depending on the feature, these providers may process the information described above, including outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area under their own privacy policies and safeguards.

Advertising and your choices

Rewarded ads are optional. Where applicable, advertising choices can be managed through the consent flow and in-game privacy options. On iOS, cross-app and cross-website tracking and advertising identifier access are subject to Apple's tracking permission. Permission is not a condition of starting the game or creating an account. Notification and tracking permissions can be changed in device settings.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Account deletion requests are processed after verifying ownership. Records needed for legal or security obligations may be retained for the period required by those obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and children's privacy

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by contacting infohabyo@gmail.com. The game is not specifically directed to children. Applicable age and parental permission rules must be followed. Contact us if you have concerns about a child's information.

This website

This information site does not use advertising, analytics or marketing cookies or tracking scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

Account deletion & choices

If you cannot access the game, send an account deletion request. Include your player ID and information that helps identify the account. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. We may need to verify account ownership.

Deletion may be irreversible. Account deletion does not itself issue a purchase refund; refunds follow the relevant store's process. Manage advertising and analytics choices through in-game privacy options, and notification and tracking permissions through device settings.

Terms of Use

Use of the game is subject to these terms and applicable store rules. KANG: Dokuz Sancak is provided for personal entertainment.

Account and conduct

You are responsible for protecting your account and sign-in details. Cheating, disruption, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized sales and account transfers are prohibited. Access may be restricted when necessary for security and fair play. Contact support to report a problem.

Virtual items and purchases

Virtual currency and items are not real-world money; they provide limited in-game use rights. Purchases, prices and refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play rules. Rewarded ads are optional and depend on connectivity and availability.

Service changes

Balance, content and online features may change for quality, security or operational reasons. Maintenance, connection and third-party service interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
